Thick Film Printed Substrates

Thick Film Solutions can provide you a wide variety of thick film substrates. For the base material, TFS typicallys work with alumina, BeO, or ALN. In addition to traditional thick film techniques which result in lines and spaces of 5-10 mil, TFS can supply fine line thick film using etching techniques which result in lines and spaces as small as 1 mil. Through hole printing and wrap around printing can be done as well. We support up to 8 conductive print layers on the substrate.
